See what you can do only with brushes. I made the eagle's brush myself, and for the black part it's a bunch of splatters, mixed together. The multi-colored lines are made with a basic brush from Photoshop, with a color incrustation. Finally the font I used for the title is called "simply glamorous". The borders are also made with brushes ! Feel free to comment, I will appreciate that
